The brief: to refresh our empty-nester clients’ family home.

In the design of the new kitchen, we integrated a central island bench and updated appliances and cupboard spaces. In the living room, the fireplace mantel and surrounding area was re-designed. Downstairs, owner’s existing mid-century chairs, the style of which inspired the décor were reupholstered. The clients’ own art and artifact collections were kept front of mind when we specified new furniture, lighting and accessories. Bedrooms upstairs were refitted with new window furnishings, bedheads and linens.
